How to Submit a Request
Confirm Fit
Verify the idea has clear business impact, a defined target user, line of sight to sold work, and sufficient data access.
Complete Intake
Submit the intake form with enough detail for the Lab to assess value, feasibility, and readiness.
Lab Review
The Lab reviews submissions on a regular cadence and evaluates each idea against eligibility and prioritization criteria.
Discovery
For selected ideas, the Lab conducts a short discovery sprint to clarify scope, success metrics, assumptions, and build approach.
Build & Demo
The Lab develops the POC and prepares a concise demo narrative that connects the build to client value and commercial opportunity.
